Achieve Integrated Mobility 640, LLC was established in Dr. Thompson because of his passion for improving people’s function & quality of life. The name is derived from the premise that even the simplest of movements amongst the ~640 skeletal muscles in the human body, are in fact integrated movements of systems and have to be taken into account when dysfunction occurs. It is the mission of AIM 640 to individualize every clients session/program with the focus of being the catalyst for the achievement of their personal life and fitness goals.

BIO: Dr. Thompson’s journey as a physical therapist began when is graduated from the Winston-Salem State University Physical Therapy Program in 2001. His career path as lead to experiences in many areas including: short-term rehabilitation, acute care, skilled nursing, long-term ventilator & wound care, home health, neurology and outpatient orthopedics/sports.

As a college and professional athlete he knew his desire was to be connected to those with the desire to compete locally, nationally and internationally. His athletic accomplishments & failures serve as his motivation to assist those striving to achieve at all levels. The concepts of the services provided by AIM 640, are birthed from these experiences as our mission is to assist clients in reaching their health and fitness goals. Whether recreational or elite athlete, soccer mom or 9-5 dad, AIM 640 is here to push you beyond your limitations preventing you from achieving your next level. Your mobility is our mission!
